My Royal Manners is made for families and schools, so we keep data collection to the minimum needed. This page explains, in plain language, what this website collects today.
What we collect
- Early-access sign-ups (grown-ups only). If you join our list, we receive your email address, your role (for example, parent or teacher), and any optional answers you choose to give (such as your children’s age ranges). Children should not fill in this form.
- Basic technical information. Like every website, our hosting provider processes standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the site securely and prevent abuse.
What we don’t collect
- No child accounts, names, photos, voice recordings or chat.
- No advertising and no advertising trackers.
- No “moral scores” or profiles of any child.
Story progress stays on your device
When a child plays a story, the stories they’ve finished and their Wisdom Keys are saved only in this browser’s local storage on your own device. It is never sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes it.
How we use your email
Only to send updates about My Royal Manners and our sister program, Royal Character, including when memberships open. We never sell or rent your information. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete the information you gave us, email hello@myroyalmanners.com and we’ll take care of it. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

Before we launch accounts or memberships, we’ll update this page to explain exactly what those features collect and how parents stay in control.
